What is Pandora TV HD Service?
Pandora TV HD service is a new service that supports videos with 4 times better quality than SD(Standard Definition) videos. While SD has 448 visible lines, HD has 720 or 1080 visible lines to give much sharper and clearer image than regular videos. Pandora TV meets the standard requirements for HD service by supporting 720 lines and using H.264 codec. 
With Pandora TV HD service, now you'll be able to preserve the original quality of your fantastic high quality videos.
2Mbps HD which is on service now is,
You are able to enjoy contents with almost same quality as the original contents except high bit rate compression required clips, such as an action scene or music video.
Require less CPU usage than 4Mbps high definition contents. (CPU requirement: above Pentium 4)
In the case of 4Mbps quality HD service is,
By using lower compression rate, you can enjoy contents which are absolutely same quality and sound as the original.
In order to use the 4Mbps HD service, CPU usage need to be higher than when you are watching a middle class HD contents, which are 2Mbps bit rate. (CPU requirement: above Pentium Dual Core)
HD Encoding Requirements
There are only 2 requirements for your video to be identified and encoded as HD quality.
1. Pixels Length: Horizontal - 1280 or Vertical - 720
2. Bitrate: 1.8Mbps and above
If your video matches the above requirements, your video will be encoded as HD.

when i try to watch the video i uploaded or some other video i get a msg can't be watched due to temporary error. what is a temporary error anyway?
